Letter from the Editor, Sept/Oct/Nov 2004
By Kara L.C. Jones

Hi everyone,

So we are late on the post for September, mid-way thru October, and good 'n early for November! So all in all, we average out, right? :)

This issue is full of ideas for heading toward the Holidaze and for finding ways to integrate your whole self, grief and all, with the celebration of holidays. It can seem impossible to do both -- to feel grief and to acknowledge holidays. But it is possible -- provided you don't have obnoxious in-law's who insist you just fake being happy instead of whole! We also have lots of poetry, stories, a book review, a new Poetry Therapy column, a plea for help from the East Coast flood areas, a plea for you to participate in the MOMStudy, and so much more.

Check out the issue. I think you'll find a bit of comfort in every corner. I hope so anyway. And please feel free to be in touch as always, okay?

Promise to do my very best to get you a December 2004 issue in a timely manner -- before 2005! :)

Miracles to you,

Kara L.C. Jones, Dakota's Mommy
