Poppy Hullings!
Very exciting news!!! Poppy Hullings, writer extraordinaire, has come on board here at KotaPress as our official Book Reviewer! Poppy is the Founder of the Samantha Paige Crusade which has recently partnered with our Library Revolution. We've decided to incorporate our review process with both the Revolution and the Crusade by getting review copies of books from authors & publishers. Then reviewing the books here. And then donating those review copies to libraries through the Samantha Paige Crusade.
We have had several books in our "to be reviewed" pile for months now. I want to assure all of you that those books are now in Poppy's care and will get full review here as we progress with each month's publication of the Loss Journal. Also want to let you know that if you are interested in being a recipient library, to please contact Poppy directly as the process and address is now different for getting books in here for this column. Please email and talk to Poppy first before sending books.
We also want to encourage everyone who reads this column for reviews, to make sure you also bookmark the Library Revolution page from now on, too. We'll be using that page to list all books we recommend. After each book is reviewed here, we'll link the book titled on the Library Revolution page to the review column directly. In this way, the Library Revolution page will act as an archive for all previous reviews. We'll do the best we can to keep that list updated with live links as the reviews come online.
