Brent L. Magstadt and
Luke McQuillan - An Evening
of Acoustic Music at Cafe
Luna, Vashon Island. We'll
start at 7:30pm or so
and go until 9:30-10:00pm.
This performance will
be exclusively on acoustic
guitars, playing originals
penned by both Luke and
myself, in addition to
playing lots of old cover
tunes (Zepplin, Hendrix,
Floyd, Young, Beatles,
etc...) and some avante-garde-steppin-outside-you'll-wonder-just-where-the-heck-we're-coming-from
stuff too! Don't miss
this evening of fun and
adventure! Cafe Luna is
located right in the heart
of Vashon town, next to
US Bank at the intersection
of Bank Road and Vashon
Highway.

9th, 2003:
Tin Can Moon at Seattle's
Best Coffee, Vashon Island,
11:00am - 2:00pm. Carter
Castle, Steve Meyer, and
myself will be doing this
show, minus our swampy
dobro buddy Wilson Abbott,
who is quickly gaining
experience as a harp roadie.
We will of course be pulling
out roots amercan and
some classic rock for
this set. Seattles Best
Coffee is located at the
corner of Cemetary Road
and Vashon Highway, a
couple miles south of
town.
- Saturday, August
9th, 2003:
Tin Can Moon on the deck
at the Backbay Inn, Burton,
Vashon Island. Another
evening of fun and unplugged
pandemonium at the Backbay
deck, home of Curtis'
most wonderful appyz!
Drop in for a cool one
and enjoy the local wonders.
The Backbay Inn is located
at the corner of Vashon
Highway and Burton - you
know the place. The southernmost
stop sign on Vashon Highway.
We'll be rippin' from
5:30pm - 8:30pm. See you
there!
And a heads up....
Keep an eye out for my New
Works performance on October
4, 2003, at the
Blue Heron Art Center here
on the island. I'll be previewing
an evening of all new original
works with a variety of
instrumentation. Sarah Christine
will be opening, and she
is awesome! Don't miss this
evening of all-island talent.
Tickets go on sale soon
at the Blue Heron: 206-463-5131.
Thank you everyone, for
supporting live local music!
