PRAISE POEM
By Leah Woog

I'm Leah also known as Leah Marie, daughter of
Karen and granddaughter of Annetta Kent.

My hair is as curly as a spring and as bouncy as
a trampoline.

The color of my hair is as black as the coal in an
open bag ready to start a midnight fire.

I'm as tall as a tree for I'm destined to be a
basketball star. Like a tree I stand tall and strong
no matter if people put me down.

I have been blessed with a gift of happiness. If I
talk, the people listening come out laughing or
smiling with joy.

Leah Woog is 11 years old and lives in Seattle. Her passions are basketball and Origami.
