Description : A still life composition. Much like Carravagio
and Steenwick's work, I wanted to really light this scene
dynamically to create an atmosphere, and also to provide
a visual starting point for the eye. I created a circular composition
in order to keep the eye travelling, which is heightened by the
fact that there are rarely any straight lines in the composition.
The reason why this rendering is tagged 'Jr' is because it
was inspired by Jeremy Engleman's "Still Life With Spider Plant"
rendering. I created this using Softimage|3D. Some texture maps
were photographed and then enhanced in Adobe Photoshop, while
others
were taken from the free texture gallery at www.art.net/~jeremy,
and then further processed in Photoshop.
